Once your order has been confirmed, our admin will send you a Loomy Muse Shop Invoice with your order details and the amount to be paid.
How do I make payment?
After receiving your Loomy Muse Shop Invoice, you will make payment through Lipa na M-PESA. Please follow the payment instructions provided on your invoice.
When will my order be delivered?
Your product will be prepared for delivery once your payment has been confirmed. Delivery will then be arranged to the location provided when placing your order.
Can I order directly from the website?
Our orders are placed through WhatsApp. Simply message us with the product you are interested in, and our admin will guide you through the ordering and payment process.
What happens after I make payment?
Once your Lipa na M-PESA payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and your product will be delivered to you. Our admin will keep you updated throughout the process.
